providers.
Not a Veterinary Facility: Petoc is not a veterinary clinic, hospital, or
medical practice. We do not employ vets directly to treat animals; we facilitate your
connection to external professionals.
Exclusive Communication: To ensure service quality, all coordination must be
done through our official WhatsApp channel. Petoc acts as the sole mediator; customers are
not permitted to contact listed clinics directly for Petoc-arranged services.
Automatic Agreement: By accessing this website or utilizing any Petoc
service or product, you are automatically agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and the
Disclaimer in full.
Service Charges: A platform/service fee is applied to every transaction,
product purchase, or service booking.
2. Medical, Pharmacy &
Health Disclaimer
No Medical Practice: Petoc is never involved in medical procedures,
prescriptions, or clinical guidance. Professional responsibility rests solely with the
independent vet.
Liability: Petoc is not responsible for mishaps, side effects, or treatment
outcomes (clinic, mobile, or chat-based) before, during, or after the process.
No Guarantee of Success: Petoc does not guarantee the success of any
treatment or the accuracy of any diagnosis made by independent partners. The choice of the
vet is the user's final decision.
No Drugs/Pharmacy: Petoc and its partners do not deal in the sale of
injections, medicines, or pharmacy items through this platform. All vaccinations and tests
are referred to the service providers.
Medical News: Research or news shared is for informational purposes only and
is sourced from authorized professionals.
3. Payments, Refunds &
Logistics
Advance Payments: Certain services or premium products require advance
payment, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Availability Refunds: If a product or service is unavailable or cannot be
delivered by the provider, a 100% refund will be issued.
In-Transit Incidents: In the event of a mishap, accident, or theft during
the delivery of a product or service, an 80% refund will be issued, provided the customer
agrees to these settlement terms.
No-Cancellation (On Arrival): Once a product or a Mobile Vet reaches your
doorstep, the order cannot be canceled. Full payment is mandatory, and advance payments
become non-refundable at that stage.
Wait Times: Petoc acts as an agent to find the quickest available
professional. We do not guarantee immediate response times or availability for emergency
cases.
Pick & Drop Service: A specialized transport service is available. Owners
may travel with their pets. This is charged separately, including vehicle, driver, and
helper fees based on time consumed.
Product Authenticity: We source pet food from authorized distributors.
Issues regarding quality must be addressed with the brand manufacturer directly.
Subscriptions: Users can subscribe to Silver, Gold, or Platinum plans. We
accept Online Payments only (Cash Payments are conditional).
